For many years, the founders of KC Custom Closets designed and installed cabinetry in schools, medical laboratories, and offices. They built closets “on the side” for family and close friends. Once people began showing off some of the finished projects, designing and installing custom closets quickly grew into the main focus of their business. We are proud to share that our company has grown, almost solely, through word of mouth and the support of our customers. While KC Custom Closets does still enjoy corporate projects, our passion for helping families with their storage needs shows in the care we take when working with every member of our family of customers!
Our designers aren’t just “doing a job”. They love their job. They listen to your needs, evaluate your space, and use their expertise to create a storage and organizational system that is literally custom made for you. We count your shoes and purses. We measure your clothing. We then consult with a professional organizer to determine the best use of your space. After designing your area, we even give you a 3D rendering so you can see exactly what your new space will look like.
